After year one, the software renews at £799/year. That keeps your software updated, with every new indicator and feature.

Why 200 machines, why now
Heeeven is built by a trader, for traders. 14 years in the markets, and a Red Hat Certified System Administrator who writes the code. Not a venture-funded fly-by-night chasing scale. A small focused team building the machine we wished we'd had, for the people who actually need it.
We want 200 founding owners we'll know by name, who'll actually use this and tell us what's wrong. Not 50,000 strangers we never meet. The founding run is a cohort, not a customer list. It's the first 200 machines, numbered and built to order.
Building to order lets us ship deliberately, stay independent, and put real care into every unit. Founding owners aren't just customers. They're the people who make Heeeven exist.

If your broker exposes a public API, yes. Heeeven is broker agnostic by design.
Currently shipped: IG Markets. In active development for Q3 2026: Interactive Brokers and ActivTrades. Founding owners can request priority on additional broker integrations through the roadmap voting portal.

No. The Heeeven Machine is the hardware. That's the point. It arrives with the Heeeven software pre-installed and tuned, ready to run out of the box.
You'll need an internet connection (price feed, broker connection, licence check). Heeeven runs locally on your machine, but it pulls live market data and routes orders through your broker, so a stable connection is essential.
The Heeeven software is licensed to run on your Heeeven Machine. Your licence also covers one additional personal machine, typically a laptop. One active session at a time.
Switching machines is instant: deactivate the licence on one, activate on the other. No support ticket needed.
No, and intentionally so. Heeeven is software, not a financial services firm.
We do not hold client funds. We do not execute trades on your behalf. We do not provide personalised investment advice. You connect your own broker, you make your own trading decisions, your capital stays in your broker account.
Same legal lane as TradingView, NinjaTrader, MetaTrader, Sierra Chart. None of which are FCA authorised, because none of them are financial services. Software publishers operate under the Companies Act, not the Financial Services and Markets Act.
Heeeven is local-first. Your charts, sessions, trade history, and analysis stay on your machine. We do not aggregate, harvest, sell, or transmit your trading data to anyone, ever.
Required outbound traffic is limited to your broker's API endpoints (price data, order routing) and Heeeven's licence verification server (occasional ping to check your licence is active). No analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs.

The founding run + lean team is specifically designed so that doesn't happen. Building to order keeps us deliberate and independent, with capital held in reserve for operating runway. We're a real UK Ltd registered in Scotland (SC888751), not a vapourware project.
If you've reserved but not yet received your machine and something goes wrong, your deposit is refunded. If you already have your machine, the software keeps running on it. It just won't receive new updates.
